No physician-patient relationship
Reading this website, sending a message through the contact form, or having a referral sent to our office does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship. That relationship begins when a surgeon accepts you as a patient and evaluates you.
Emergencies
This website is never the right way to report an emergency. If you have severe or sudden pain, a high fever, heavy bleeding, chest pain, or trouble breathing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep surgeon, service, and location information current. Details such as clinic days and addresses can change, so please confirm them with our office when you schedule.
